MAZ Horizon Advisory provides independent consultation, research, coordination and decision support on selected relocation, residency, citizenship and cross-border property matters. These terms explain the scope and limits of our services.
Free Clarity Call
The free clarity call is limited to one call per person and lasts up to 20 minutes. It is intended to understand your situation, explain whether MAZ Horizon may be able to help and identify a possible next step. It does not include detailed research, document review, professional advice or a written assessment, and it does not create a paid engagement.
Paid Consultations
Paid advisory consultations are charged at a fixed fee of USD 150 for 60 minutes, with payment required before the consultation. The consultation includes a brief follow-up email summarising the main points discussed and recommended next steps. This is not a detailed report or formal written assessment. The fee may be credited toward a broader engagement confirmed within 30 days.
Cancellation or rescheduling should be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and missed appointments may not be refundable.
Larger Engagements
Larger engagements are individually scoped. The services, deliverables, expected timeframe, fee and payment arrangements will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Work starts after the agreed terms have been accepted, any required payment has been received and the information needed to proceed has been provided.
Additional work outside the agreed scope must be agreed separately. If an engagement is cancelled after work begins, the amount retained or refunded will reflect work already completed and any costs incurred.
Professional Boundaries
MAZ Horizon is not a law firm, licensed immigration agency, tax adviser, financial or investment adviser, or real-estate broker. We do not make formal legal eligibility decisions, prepare or submit applications, represent clients before authorities, provide regulated advice, broker property or investments, or perform legal contract review.
A readiness review is an administrative and practical review of available information and documents. It is not legal advice or a legal opinion. When regulated expertise is required, we will identify this and may recommend that you obtain advice from an appropriately licensed professional.
Local Professionals and Introductions
Where appropriate, we may identify or introduce a local lawyer, tax adviser, property professional or other licensed specialist. You engage that professional directly, and they remain responsible for their own advice and services. MAZ Horizon receives no commission or referral fee from programmes, developers or service providers.
Information and Changing Requirements
Residency, citizenship, visa, tax, property and investment rules can change, sometimes without notice. Information is based on sources available at the time the work is carried out. You should verify current requirements with the relevant authority or licensed specialist before submitting an application, signing a contract or committing funds.
No Guarantee
MAZ Horizon cannot guarantee eligibility, approval, processing time, financial return, property outcome or the continuing availability of any programme or pathway. Final decisions rest with the relevant authorities and third parties.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, reviewing deliverables carefully, seeking regulated advice when needed and making your own final decisions. Material changes in your circumstances should be disclosed promptly where they may affect the agreed work.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice and used only for the agreed purpose. Please do not send highly sensitive documents through a general contact form or ordinary email unless an appropriate method has been agreed.
